Personal Training

One of our certified personal trainers will help you set realistic goals and gives you one-on-one attention! The program, that is tailored for you, will help you reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. The trainer will perfect your form and motivate you while you can focus on the the movements.
Bootcamp

Our team of trainers are on a mission to make you sweat and keep you motivated. We know how important it is to rely on you teammates for support through tough workouts, so we have got your back! We love to be outside, so all of our training sessions will happen in parks across the city you live.
Rowing Courses

Our partner TopRow offers a wide range of rowing courses and lessons for all levels from absolute beginner to advanced rowers. Our professional team will guide you every step of the way and teach you the rowing technique during structured lessons where we provide everything you need for a session on the water.
